There was a dummy booking made through the app while I was out of the country, and I was charged 220 USD. The booking shows confirmation number #000000. I have already emailed the hotel but haven’t received any response. I did not make this booking myself.

room and location is so so, but not satisfied with service.

I live here from Sept 17 to 18. They didn't supply me the Invoice or Receipt when check-out, just told that I will get it by email, but I got nothing in one month. I send email and messege both directly and by Booking.com, but still no Receipt or Invoice, which is so un-acceptable!!! this the basic responsiblity that a hotel should do for customer
