Cleanliness. Very dusty dirty

Clean rooms. Bathroom smelled very clean, bathroom curtain clean and smelled clean too. I am very particular and on our first try of Days Inn we liked it very much. The hotel that we always book wherever we go was fully booked so we ended up here. And now we will be returning customers.

Room was clean and comfortable

The rooms are clean , bed was comfortable and clean 😁 Bathroom and curtains clean.

Near I 81 and conveninently near restaurants and short drive from walmart .

My husband and I arrived around 11:00 after traveling for almost 12 hours on 3/27/26. We had a reservation for a King size non-smoking room. My husband went to check in. He is a 61 year old Firefighter that recently broke his ankle and is on crutches. He was given room 505. He thought we might be on the 5th floor so he asked if there was an elevator. The person checking him in clarified that it was on the 2nd floor. They suggested a room on the 1st floor with 2 queen beds. My husband asked if there was going to be a price break. He was told "No". My husband said that we would stick with the King bed on the 2nd floor. The very nasty man told him "NO!" When asked why, he said because we were too much of a liability! My husband clarified that he could easily go up one flight of stairs. The man said "NO!". My husband begrudgingly said that we would take the 1st floor Queen Room. The man said "No! and told us to leave. My husband said "Are you telling me, even though I already paid for a room, you are refusing to let me stay here because I'm on crutches?" He replied "Yes!" The man standing behind him intervened and said "You can't do that! You can't deny someone a room because they are disabled - that's against the ADA! The male attendant told him (even though he was already checked in) told him to pack his stuff up and leave too. His family was already in their room and it was now almost 11:30 at night. The male attendant called the police and had the man and his family kicked out of the hotel for standing up for my husband. I went back into the hotel lobby to get a refund. He refused to refund our money and he refused to give us a room.
