"No hay buena atención al huésped."

Nada fue de mi agrado.

La atención la falta de cortesía de la recepción la falta de orientación al turista. La casi nula presión del agua en la.ducha. la levantada a media madrugada por una supuesta alarma contra incendio. Y jamás se disculparon. Ni al salir siquiera se disculparon. Y además jamás está en su lugar la recepción siempre anda sola

Hotel en malas condiciones, ya que lo están arreglando y trabajan todo el día el ruido es horrible y las habitaciones no en muy buen estado

Las instalaciones y que esté en remodelación hace que no cumpla las expectativas

Sobe umazane,zelo stare in slike na booking stare vsaj 20 + let. Delavci ves cas stemajo in povzročajo neznanski hrup. Klima v sobi tako glasna da ne moreš spati. Okna so tako umazana da se komaj kaj vidi skozi,in zalimana da se zjutraj ne da prezraciti. Vrata v sobo se komaj zaprejo. Ko so zaprta se ob strani vidi na hodnik. Ko jih zapres ali sosedje tako zabijejo, da zbudis celo nadstropje. V glavnem groza,kaj takega se nisem dozivel.

Truly terrible. They didn’t tell us they were having issues with the water; consequently, we couldn’t stay that night because there was no water, and we ended up having to spend money from our planned budget.

"We didn’t end up staying there"

When we arrived at the hotel we found that the entrance is not wheelchair accessible. My husband had to enter the property via the garage/goods and services lift. Then we were told there were no accessible rooms available, even though I had email confirmation at the time of the booking. They did arrange for us to stay at their sister hotel 2 doors up ‘holiday inn’. So that was good that they arranged that for us at the same prepaid rate.

They should not advertise that their hotel is wheelchair accessible when it is not
