My stay was nice and quiet.

Three days without having our room cleaned.. yikes

Wet towels and a dirty room each time we came back to the property

We made two points of contact each day to make sure our room was cleaned. The first morning a stop at the front desk and the lady checking rooms. Day two we texted the number and called the front desk. The room was never cleaned. Three days in a dirty hotel room. Should’ve just stayed at choice hotel.

This Hampton Inn was the poorest representation of a Hilton hotel I’ve seen in awhile.

This Hampton is definitely lacking in regards to maintenance. My room door doesn’t close unless you slam it because the door and frame are not squared up. The shower curtain rod is not straight so the curtain travels down along it when in so excess water ends up on the floor. The AC smells rank and has fiber build up on the outside, don’t want to honk what’s on the inside of the AC that I am breathing. Guess it’s a bad when the Hampton Sign along I55 is faded. Most Hamptons are good this one is not

We checked in and was informed that it was first come first serve. That was no where in the booking. We booked a 2 queen bed room and the only thing they had available was a 1 queen bed handicapped accessible room at the same price. It was late so we took the room. We will not stay with Hampton Inn again.

Terrible experience. I booked a room with double beds for family of 4. I arrived 30-45 min later and was told they didn’t have my room. All they had was a king room. So not only did I spend the next 2 hours trying to chase down a room for my family to go to sleep, I was told they would not refund my money for giving me to someone else. Terrible service

A member of our group had bedbugs in their room. My room had an uncomfortable bed and the thermostat didn't work properly. At check in, we were given a post it note with our room number and even though there were 2 of us in the room, we were only allowed 1 key.
