Location and staff. This hotel is usually very good hence why we always choose it

Bathroom floor had dead spiders and was very dirty. Only Luke warm water baths ans showers for all 3.5 days we were there. The air conditioner unit would not cool or warm. Inly the fan worked blowing dry hot air. We needed air so we could breathe and sleep. We informed the front desk. They sent a technician to the room. Supposedly they changed the unit out. Whatever they did not work. We were unable to sleep due to this.

I asked the front desk in person for wake up call. The wake up call was never made, alarm didn’t work and I ended up missing breakfast and bring 4 hrs later for work obligations which elongated my work day on Friday until 11:30 pm when would’ve been back home by 6pm on normal day. It was extremely detrimental in ramifications because of missed arrival times causing cancelations and hardships. Needless to say, such a small promise carried with it the possibility of horrible consequences.

For us old folks, with arthritis, the mattress was too hard for us. Woke up hurting.
