Clean , great customer service

I always stay at an IHG hotel whenever possible. This location was near a job I had to do for the week so I chose it. It is conveniently located. The room was very clean. Far away from the elevators. The service received was excellent. The restaurant in the hotel was good and also served breakfast. In the future, I would definitely stay here again. This location is highly recommended!

I picked this location because it was quite close to the college campus, which I planned to go to the next day. The room was clean as can be, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

It was a tad tricky to get out of the showers because both handles to the sliding door were on the outside. It is not fun trying to get some grip on the smooth surface with wet hands.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so bad I felt compelled. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this hotel doesn’t care about cleanliness, customer service, or basic hospitality. • The room was filthy—stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a strong smell of mildew. • The AC didn’t work properly in 100°F weather, and no one came to fix it despite multiple calls to the front desk. • Staff was rude and dismissive. They acted like doing their job was an inconvenience. • Wi-Fi was non-existent, and when I complained, they shrugged and said, “It usually doesn’t work.” • The breakfast was inedible—cold eggs, stale bread, and watered-down juice. Honestly, I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car. This place should be inspected by health authorities. Avoid at all costs!
