My experience waa not good my 1st night was horrible. The AC did not work and they stated i am sorry we dont have any rooms. I traveled from Fort Lauderdale, FL and to not have 1 open room for emergencies is not right. I was given a small table fan which was just wrong. The manager was very insensitive and really didnt seem to care. He could have at least gave me a COUPON FOR A FREE STAY because of it, but I was not given any accommodation for the 1 day I had to suffer in a room that was hot as hell with no heat.

The saint kate is a beautiful, classy, and comfortable hotel experience perfect for tourists and locals alike. We went for a staycation for our wedding anniversary and were extremely impressed by the service, the quality of the room, and the overall ambiance of the hotel. 10/10 recommended for Art lovers and anyone looking for an elevated experience at a reasonable price, especially for a shorter stay like ours. The parking was easily accessible and easy to navigate which is also a plus (considering how tricky parking can be downtown)

Walking into Saint Kate for the first time, I knew from the get- go that this hotel was going to be something special. The staff, rooms, restaurants, and fellow lodgers truly make Kate's a remarkable establishment, and the atmosphere is perfect for anyone with a taste for the arts. Shoutouts to Lenno, Nacho, Nigel, and every other member of the crew for making our stay one for the books.
