The front desk hosts and Chef Bill and Natasha Frett at the Omelette station and the very helpful kind lady at the breakfast buffet that signed in the guests for the free breakfast were beyond awesome; wonderful staff here in my experience!!!!!! Btw : the food in general and omelette was delicious!!!! And the rooms are very nice and spacious!!!!

Jaylen, Omar and Mohamed were exactly!!!!! As well as the young black guy that was running the bar on the night of 4/11/26. I would recommend this hotel just because of the service we received from the four of them

This was the best experience ever at any hotel. Everyone with some professional and attentive. Steph picked me up from the airport and he is the most kind person I’ve ever met. He is such an asset to Embassy Raleigh Crabtree. The food was great. The rooms were clean. The bed was so comfortable. There was no noise and it was nice and quiet. I will stay here again on my next visit.
