Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Crabtree

Molly has given nothing but exceptional service. I havent stayed at an Embassy that wasn't on their A game- Molly has been warm and welcoming, going a little further to make us feel special.

A group of women volunteers held a regional meeting for 2 nights and 3 days, without a hitch. Kevin really took care of our every need—especially with the food, which was on time and delicious. Our meeting room was huge, and we were allowed to have one special meeting in the common area with a pergola, right outside our room. And with all the guest rooms being suites, we all were happy with our rooms. Bonuses were the delicious free breakfast (with an omelet station!) and free drinks in the evening.

Wonderful hotel to stay at. The room was spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and the freshly made omelet bar. Our banquet room was excellent. Each day our buffet meals were great and it was fun to have a different food them (Asian, Italian, Mexican. Kevin, who handled the service in our banquet room was very professional, prompt, and courteous. I would give him an A+. The only minor problem was with how cold the banquet room was. Otherwise, it was a great place to hold our conference.

Super friendly staff! Steph and Richard were so helpful and made the stay feel like a bit of home. They remembered us and kept us safe!
