Cleanliness, friendliness, and location.

Everything was good, nothing bad to note.

Based on the cleanliness and the smell I was not going to eat there.ever

Room was fine.

A lot of Construction workers hanging out and talking outside at all hours. Lack of parking.

Bed was comfortable, easy access from businesses

Room was cold first night, second night it was warmer, rugs were stained, room service never cleaned the room the first night, no decalf coffee in the room, carpet in hallway was stained and not vacuumed

Bless their hearts. The staff at La Quinta Inn and Suites in Helena are doing the best they can with what they've got--which is an old, dingey hotel. The first room I was given (king suite) was funky, dark and dirty, so I asked to be moved. I ended up in a double queen that was not funky, had more light, but was still moderately dirty (e.g., black and pink mold on the shower head and walls of the bathroom, stains on fabrics and dust). At that point I just gave up because based on the renovations they were beginning on the outside, I understood that this was an OLD hotel and I wasn't going to get much better that what I got. If you need a place to stay in a pinch, at an affordable rate, and have a strong stomach, stay here. If not, find a better hotel in Helena. Sorry.

Not clean Appliances are old . Window curtains and furnitures are worn out . Not enough space in room .
