This is the 1st hotel That i have been since i started my travel nurse career,that is clean,smells good the sheet is clean and fresh,but the price is perfect. They are not expensive.

The shower was nice.

Breakfast selection was horrible. So many sugar based lil debbie cakes, no hot food at all. Americans eat traditional food in the morning ie eggs, meat, oatmeal etc. Weeks after I checked out, the hotel and booking.com were still trying to charge my card.

it was was nice and clean

I changed my reservation and cut my trip short, checked out at 9:45 am spoke with the front desk clerk was told no manager was on duty to modify my reservation and refund me for my unused portion told me he would be in at 3pm. Called back at 3:30 was then told the manager had just left for the day. Called back the 3rd day still no manager was told the refund had been processed, as of today the 18th still no refund even had booking.com call and email on my behalf still never spoke to a manager.
