Courtyard Chicago Highland Park/Northbrook

Very average property. Basic utilitarian rooms. Not what we've come to expect from Marriott. The room was clean and the location very convenient to Ravinia. The shuttle to Ravinia was convenient but runs late due to the volume of traffic. From desk staff a bit stressed.

A shuttle to Ravinia is available from the hotel, making this a perfect place to stay when attending a concert!

Everthing went well. Clean rooms. Confortable beds. Check was quick and easy. Dont like that water and coffee in the lobby was not complimentary. The water bottke in the room was 1 life bottle for $6.

Very clean and great location. The fries at the bistro were absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly and attentive to our needs. I would possibly stay there again.

The rooms adjacent of the courtyard have horrible patio area outside the patio doors. You cannot walk out of the patio doors. This should be noted on the room description so one knows what they are getting.

Breakfast was nice, but pricy

Internet/wifi kept going down in the room. It may have been more stable in the lobby, but we didnt check

Great location for Ravinia. Had a $10 shuttle that took us to concert. Staff very friendly.
