For All Seasons Mansion

This house was absolutely PERFECT, the five of us enjoyed absolutely everything about it ! Froso was very nice to us she was the best of the best we thank her again for making this trip even better. If we could we would put more than 5 star ! thank you again we will come again for sure

Big terrace, hot showers, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bottles of water provided at the start. The maintenance lady Froso was also prompt in responding and assisting with any queries (although it would be good in the future to obtain prior consent each day before coming into the apartment).

As per other reviews, the photos for the Grand Apartment are misleading. It should not be described as 4 bedrooms where there is only 1 standalone bedroom, 2 "bedrooms" where one bedroom can only be accessed by walking through the other one(!), and a 4th "bedroom" by the stairs which you effectively have to crawl into and cannot stand upright in. The bathrooms are also misleading. There is effectively only one usable shower and toilet, as the other shower room is makeshift and tiny, immediately flooding the outside once the tap was turned on. These "bathrooms" are also connected. The beds were hard and did not assist with a good night's sleep. No washing machine. The jacuzzi is not a hot tub and so cannot be used given the temperatures in Santorini at this time of the year. To top it all off, we had asked for a late check out till 2pm as we had a very late flight that day (having booked 4 nights at this place). At first the manager Stefanos said it was subject to availability on the day of checking out, but that it would be "their pleasure" to allow this. However, a couple of hours later another manager Nefeli replied to insist that no late check out would be allowed as they had to get the room ready for "new guests". The apartment had clearly not been booked all through the day before and even on the day we checked out (I took screenshots of this). At check out time we were immediately asked to confirm that we had left. Very disingenuous behaviour. All in all, this felt like a pretty blatant money grab and we would not recommend.

The apartment was clean. Froso was very helpful. All the equipment worked. Towels were changed everyday. It's a bit small wherein it was two segments with one proper room and the other is a elevated platform for beds. It worked ok. But it wasn't clear on the photos.

The location. It's very hard to get to. The passages are very narrow. Too scary driving a vehicle. There is another entrance which is a bit easier to access but there was no information about it until we met Froso after carrying the 20kgs suitcases over the flight of stairs. The plunge pool is cleaned everyday but it is only usable immediately after the daily process. When not in use insects in large volumes fall into the pool. I asked for it to be covered but none was available.

It was beautiful

The location was excellent. Central location in Vothanos. It was nice they had a dedicated parking spot as the river road has minimal parking.

The beds were a bit hard. A memory foam topper would fix this small issue. It wound not detour us to stay again. The host was excellent and our housekeeper was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at the mansion. The house was perfect. It had everything. Froso and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect and we were beside lots of shops, restaurants, patisseries, vineyards etc. Everyone on the island were very friendly and there was lots to see and do. We would definitely stay again at the For All Seasons Mansion and hope to be back in Santorini again very soon.

Unique cave apartment, little far from the main road, so car is a must. Surrounding area a bit worn down not pleasant to look but if you just going to sleep there and spend most of the time site seeing, comfortable enough.

Loved the space and we had everything we needed.

You absolutely need a car staying here … there’s nothing walking distance. The terrace is great but a different layout than in the photos. Sun beds would have been great.

Booked this property based on Reviews but my experience was not good from the beginning. No one was there to check us in. We had to call out to the cleaner to let us in. Property is not easily accessible. There is no parking on site. You need to find a random spot on the streets and walk up the stairs with your luggage. Map routes you to a spot and you have to walk up. No one picked the call or gave us any communication or directions. Booked the Superior apartment (more expensive one) and was given the Senior apartment. When asked about it, received no response on Expedia or WhatsApp. There was no response to anything I asked throughout the trip. Also, the other review is true. Toilet doesn’t have ventilation so keep the door closed to avoid smells from coming in to your room. Only nice thing were the stray cats and the cleaner who genuinely hoped we had a good stay. Will not come back and do not recommend.
