It was clean and very nice accommodating staff

The hot tub had some weird stuff in it but it was still very nice

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly to me (and to the other guests I saw them interact with, and to each other)! Sean at the Front Desk expressed an amazing amount of empathy, patience, community spirit, helpfulness, and general human kindness when I came in looking for a place to stay after a pipe froze in my apartment. I ended up reserving my stay via Booking.com, and when I checked in David at the Front Desk was equally friendly, open-minded, and patient and helped me when I forgot my room number multiple times and also gave me tips on preventing pipes from freezing! I had a shorter interaction with the person at the desk (didn’t catch their name) when I checked out the next morning but received the same generous, genuine friendliness and attention (even in my frazzled state). Thank you so much to everyone <3

Small things: alarm clock / phone on bedside table was showing the incorrect time and I couldn’t see an easy way to change it, and when I pressed the button on the phone labelled to call the Front Desk it brought me to the voicemailbox instead; some dust / grime in the room and elsewhere; window blinds didn’t close completely (a design flaw that most hotel / motel curtains seem to possess); i could hear some other guests talking in their room.

We were woken up at 8 am by housekeeping who knocked and barged in the room I witnessed the front desk employees in a swearing shouting match outside the lobby entry. I believe I was charged more than I should have been.

Great front desk staff

Staff was very accomidating, but heat.in our room was indesirable. We arrived and the temperature in our room was only 62 degrees. It was cery cold and windy outside...low 20s. The thermostat control was very confusing and slow. It took close to 4 hours for the room to get to 72. I had to wear my winter coat! Bby 8:30 or 9 pm it finally got warm. The internet was very slow and would not feceive or send messages. We paid over $175 for this room.

Friendly Staff and quiet room

I’m a Marriott Lifetime Platinum member and this past stay really made me hesitant to stay at any Fairfield Inn in the future. For starters, the rooms at this Fairfield Inn are significantly smaller than other locations. I also found out that they implemented a policy to do housekeeping every other day only. My room had only two sets of towels and when I asked the front desk another one after the first night, the front desk lady was unfriendly and told me “this is our last one”. What kind of hotels don’t have enough towels? The thing is this hotel is just as expensive as the other nice hotels in the area. You’re not getting a good value out of this. It’s a waste of their nice building, rooms, and the location with how they run this place like a motel.
