​"Personel çok ilgili ve sürekli iletişim kurmaya çalışıyor. Hepsi güler yüzlü; özellikle Türklere ayrı bir ilgi gösterdiklerini hissettim. Biz, aileler için daha uygun olan Palm tarafında kaldık; çünkü 4 kişilik odalar sadece o bölümde mevcuttu. Sahil tarafına geçmek için kısa bir mesafe yürümeniz gerekiyor ama isterseniz buggy adı verilen özel servis araçlarıyla da götürüyorlar. Biz hiç servis beklemedik, çok rahat bir şekilde gidip geldik. Aslında yürünmeyecek bir yol değil; videolarda çok uzunmuş gibi gösteriyorlar ama oldukça yakın. ​Normalde otele giriş saati 15.00 olmasına rağmen, oda müsait olduğu için bizi saat 12.00'de aldılar. Bunun için kendilerine ayrıca çok teşekkür ediyorum, çok mutlu olduk. Odalarda internet çok hızlı, ben 35 Mbps hız aldım. Ayrıca odalar çok temizdi; havlular, saç boneleri ve terlikler gibi her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. ​Şimdiye kadar kaldığım en iyi Mısır oteli diyebilirim. Old Market'e 200 Mısır poundu, Soho Square'e de 200 Mısır poundu ödeyerek taksiyle gidebilirsiniz; otel tam ikisinin ortasında yer alıyor. Yemekler gayet güzeldi; kuzu eti, balık ve her gün farklı et çeşitleri çıktı. Mısır'ın yerel lezzetlerinden güvercin dolması ve koşeriyi (koshari) de deneme fırsatı bulduk. Şarm El-Şeyh'e tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle yine tercih edeceğim bir otel."
