Convince, location and room rate.

Place needs face lift. Outdated. Broken roof boards hanging exposed and hanging down. Pool was nasty, black water with trash floating in the muck.

The hotel was a good location for me. The room was very clean. The coffee in the morning was very good and there was plenty of it.

The property was a little dated and some outside repairs were needed.
