Location and two bedroom suite

The heat/cool unit was noisy and blew cold air. (Im a facilities manager so I know it wasn't eight). Their were appliances unplugged such as lamps and a phone. We had to pull furniture around ro get them plugged back in. The tv in the room we slept in didn't work. Called the front desk and never heard back. The first day the eggs and sausage were luke warm ( we opted not to go the second). The toilet flush handle had to be held down or it wouldn't flush. I've stayed here many times as it is convenient for visits to our family. This complaint is to both the venue and booking company. I asked for a bottom floor as its hard for us to get bags up the narrow stairs. We were once again on the second floor. It didn't seem as clean (carpets) as usual.

We've stayed here many times in the past with good results. This trip was horrible there were many devices like lamps, phone, clock etc. Unplugged. Some of the bedroom furniture was asked. The carpets real have to be renovated throughout. The eggs and sausages were luke warm. We get a two bedroom suite and the king bedroom tv didn't work, we called the desk and never heard back. The toilet flush had to be held down to get it to flush. I like the site because it works well for our visit. It really needs a bit of upgrading and more attention to detail by staff. At over 70 I dont want to crawl over stands to plug in phones and lamps or move furniture.

Room was clean

The table in our room was not clean...there was food dried on to it. One of the pillows looked like it had a bug that was squished on to the pillowcase. Also, one of the beds looked like it hadn't been made by the person that cleaned the room. The other bed had clearly been made or maybe no one slept in it the last time the room had been used. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful.
