Sehr schönes Hotel, 15 Gehminuten zur Innenstadt. Alles sehr sauber und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich besonders der Barkeeper. Jederzeit wieder.

Lage, Nähe zur Altstadt

Bordell direkt neben dem Hotel, Frühstück mit EUR 23/Person zu viel - Wurst Käse waren aus und Angebot insgesamt nicht vergleichbar zum internationalen Standard in anderen Städten. Besonders negativ ist uns die Rezeptionistin am 30.+31.05. aufgefallen, die sich durch wenig Lösungsorientierung und Unwilligkeit im Zuge eines Missverständnisses bei der Buchung des Garagenstellplatzes verhalten hat. So, möchte man als Gast nicht behandelt werden. Wir mussten fast streiten, damit die Dame überhaupt angefangen hat anzuerkennen, dass das Hotel hier einen Fehler gemacht hat. Erst die Kollegin, bei der wir eingecheckt hatten, hat verstanden, dass wir hier berechtigterweise reklamiert haben. Der ganze Auffenthalt wurde dadurch im Nachhinein getrübt.

המרחק מהעיר העתיקה מצריך הליכה של כ- 15 דקות. לא נורא למי שלא חשוב לו להיות במרכז.

We need to carry our luggage and the parking was far from hotel. ..we were only girls so we needed someone to help I carrying the luggage ,unfortunately this option was not available..Hotel is very far from the center..
