Hampton Inn Troy

Breakfast was good. Room was incredibly small. Only 1 chair. Shower was awful: spray was not adjustable; step-in tub is dangerous, water took forever to drain. Internet service was very bad. Could not download anything.

Nice and comfy. Great location!

The pool was closed and our view was a wall. I paid extra for a nice place with a pool so with no pool and no view it was just kind of meh. The people were nice thouogh.

Clean

Hotel was clean. Desk help needs some training. Their desk help had issues with many tasks are done on a regular basis. Hotel was just updated and looks good. It was a bit noisy till about 11 pm. Breakfast was a disaster most items were empty. They finely brought out the sausage and then waited 15 minutes for eggs. There should be no excuse, they knew how many guests were there.

There was red fuzz on the sheets, guessing they were not changed prior to my arrival, and there was no shampoo when I went to shower. Then when I went to the desk for asprin, tylenol or anything for a headache, they had nothing to offer or purchase.

Everything was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have been nicer. Coffee cups were too small.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature and the kids really enjoyed swimming! And both of the desk clerks that I interacted with during our stay were super friendly and helpful!
