Just a quick overnighter, but was a really good stay. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Don’t normally sleep great away from home but slept really well here.

"I would stay again and recommend this hotel, it is a great place."

Karen at registration was VERY professional, pleasant and courteous. The shower was like it was heaven sent, the beds were comfortable , the free continental breakfast was really good and the breakfast area was extremely clean and tidy.

This question is not applicable. The hotel met all my expectations and the location was within 2.0 miles from family we were visiting. Also it was two blocks from a SHEETZ!

Great place to stay while in Franklin. Short walk to downtown where there is shopping and dining. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Specifically Karen and Kim. It was a very refreshing positive experience.
