We didn't stay for breakfast or use the laundry service. Our room was clean and check in was great. We couldn't have asked for a friendlier front desk clerk.

The hotel had did not have any information from Hotels .com. I was extremely inconvenienced, and had to book a room through a different process. I had an itinerary number from Hotels.com, but no reservation number. I am not sure what happened, but I am not happy about how this transpired. Jim

Franklin is a beautiful small town. The breakfast was delicious and more than ample. Dining area was very clean.

Thought the price was a little high. Rates might have been higher because it was a busy weekend, with a wedding party there?
