No hay disponibilidad de cubiertos (tenedor y cuchillo).. solo plasticos descartables y los cobran.. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que desde temprano las camareras limpiaban otras habitaciones y hacian mucho ruido , También el ruido de maquinas reparando.

Localização muito favorável, ar condicionado e chuveiro com água quente.

Banheiro vaza muita água, poucos papéis higiênico, somente 1 pano de chão para o banheiro, acaba ficando muito ruim.

Os funcionários são extremamente educados e prontos para resolverem problemas que aparecem ou até uma simples solicitação. Superaram as expectativas.

O banheiro tinha mau cheiro de esgoto. Provavelmente seja a vedação na base da privada. Sempre deixava a porta do banheiro fechada para o cheiro não chegar aos quartos. Ar condicionado muito sujo. Demorava para esfriar. O filtro completamente sujo. O frigobar foi trocado 2 vezes. Ambos com ferrugem, borracha de vedação deteriorada, porta quase caindo por causa da ferrugem. Não foi feita a troca dos lençóis. Os eletrodomésticos da pousada precisam ser trocados urgentemente. O micro-ondas muito sujo e deteriorado. A maioria das pousadas fornecem toalha gratuitamente. Essa cobra a toalha.
