"Decent accommodations"

Close to many stores and restaurants and right off freeway. It was a convenient area. Staff was nice and tried to be accommodating.

Cleaning service never came to room after a four day stay. Asked for cleaning services and never came. Bed was so squeaky and upstairs neighbors were extremely loud ALL night. Breakfast was minimal and their “hot” breakfast means just waffles. Nothing really left after a couple of hours. Not worth the price, but it was a holiday weekend and a festival going on

Location

We were in handicap accessible room, and it was all the way at the end of the hotel and we had to walk really far to get there

"Overall, pleasant stay."

Easy access. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Heated outdoor pool. Pool was open until 9.

Lots of spider webs on bottom of chairs poolside. Pool needed to be vacuumed- lots of debris on the bottom. I was not expecting to pay an additional $100 room deposit at check-in. I’m still waiting for this to be refunded- it has been 3 days.
