"Don’t expect them to have a room ready when you arrive."

The room was nice enough, but despite “check out 11:00 and check in 3:00” we arrived at 3:45 and there were no rooms ready! Had to wait 1/2 hour . . . Then found out the following day that daily maid service was not provided (guest must request service).

Am Empfang war das Personal nicht so freundlich

Es roch nach Hund und bis in die Nacht Hundegebäll und das Zimmer war im Untergeschoss.
