Air conditioning was cold but room was dirty pool wasn’t open again comforter was very dirty

Comforter no towels no wash clothes dirty room

Pool was not open due to unfortunate situation

The stall is outstanding and always helpful.

The staff makes it worthwhile to stay a night or two. Breakfast should rotate the menu. What they serve is good.

Beds were comfy good A/C

Pool was out of service, we ran out of toilet paper and fresh towels and front desk was called and requested more tp and towels for us 5 people in the room but the front desk never told housekeepers we needed more supplies we waited over 3 hours. No elevators, hallway was hot, breakfast was ok but not very great. Eggs and grits had no salt no flavor. Bathroom ceiling paint was chipping off not fixed, bathtub was so clogged in the drain from other guests hairs I requested for it to be fixed so we could shower but they never did.

Staff was very friendly

There wasn’t any hot water until morning, the AC wasn’t very strong

Polite front desk staff.

No elevator, had to walk 2 flights with heavy bags.
