The availability was great. Was able to check in a little before the 1o'clock check in time.

There was a slight mix up the previous tenant and the room I was given at first but was handled promptly and curtiously.

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The inner courtyard area is nice and relaxing.

The property is very dated. Most amenities are in desperate need of replacement. Shower and sink were clean, but very old and past due for renovation. Front desk staff warned during check in that the property was recently purchased by new owners and some overdue improvements were beginning to happen.
