Staff were very helpful and courteous.

At night there were people hanging over the balcony drinking and staring. Just made it a little uncomfortable. People next to me were also in and out all hours of the night slamming their door. Also, I got a room with 2 Queen beds and I switched beds thinking the other one may be better, however, they were both just very thin and squeaky and ultimately my back ended up hurting every morning.

Entire room walls are filthy, bathroom has black mold and COCKROACHES. Beds have signs of bed bugs and are hard as a rock, it was like sleeping in jail. Horrible experience I did not like ANYTHING about it just awful.
