Bed was really comfortable and staff was kind. Parking was also practical.

The directions we received at check-in to reach our room meant we had to climb a couple of stairs with heavy luggage to be able to access the lift to our floor. As we were checking out, we discovered that there was step-free access to another lift which was not informed to us when we arrived..

J'ai tout aimé mis à part la répétition du menu du petit déjeuner durant 5jours on avait le même menu chaque matin donc il serait bien d'avoir une diversité sinon la bouffe etait bonne

Booked three rooms for the whole family arrived at 13:00 pm told us not a single room available and you need to wait till 15:00. I asked her if we can have just one room ready, and the lther two later on. Since we had to leave at 14:30 and coming back to the hotel will be all the way in the evening. The indian woman working there totally no sense of understanding a customer at all.

Food in the morning wasnot that great, rooms having fire alarm evacuation due to faulty. Hotel is quite far even with the car to reach to paris. Alot of things missing from the room, like slippers, toothbruch, water or any snacks. Totally nothing. Breakfast i cant order omlet and alot of things are finished and not clean.
