Le propriétaire très sympathique, l’appartement était propre et très fonctionnel.

L’isolation est mauvaise on entend tout ce qu’il se passe chez les voisins.

"Nice views, moldy bathroom"

The rooms looked beautiful and the view from our balcony was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and the AC works very well. The manager is very responsive and helpful with issues.

The bed was very springy. However, when I contacted the manager he came and added a down comforter under the sheets and ordered a down mattress topper that arrived the next day. This definitely helped. The water heater was not working our first day, but the maintenance guy came by the next morning and fixed it. The bathroom was visibly moldy all around the edges and smelled musty. I kept spraying disinfectant and bought a fan to put in the window that helped circulate the air outside which helped with the smell. It really needs a deep clean, a ventilator and/or a dehumidifier. The kitchenware was lacking a spatula, I didn't want to bother the manager with this, and it didn't include basic things to cook with like salt, pepper and olive oil.

Le prix La réactivité de l hôte

Pas de parking comme indiqué mais stationnement dans la rue Pas de piscine comme laissé pensé les photos mais juste un accès gratuit à la piscine municipale qui se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture Style un peu rustique avec auteur de « vieu » Très mauvaise insonorisation
