Service an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Wenn man ein Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene bucht, befinden sich regulär 2 Kingsize-Betten im Zimmer.

Hinweisschilder kurz vor Ort (Zufahrt) mangelhaft. Ungefragt getrennte Betten. Nachtischlampen untrennbar von Eingangsdeckenbeleuchtung: Entweder kein Licht oder alles. Bad sehr sparsam, z.B. nicht einmal Bodylotion. Schreibtisch: 1 Stecker d.h. entweder Fernsehen oder Laptop Falsche Angaben zur Tischgarage, falscher Preis genannt. Im Haus Wegweiser knapp. Es sollte man der Direktor Gast spielen ...

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber bei der Reinigung der Zimmer fand ich es nicht schön ,daß kein staub gewischt wurde.Weder auf den Schränken noch auf den Fensterbrettern. So wie die benutzten Gläser aus der Bar wurden nur im bad ausgespült und wieder rein gestellt. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem zufrieden.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel. Die Lage ist direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Probleme gab es nur mit der Klimaanlage. Sie konnte die Zimmertemperatur nicht kühlen.

huoneen ilmastointi oli ala-arvoinen; kovä ääni ei viilennystä. Ilmastointi vaikutti toimivan kuitenkin yleisissä tiloissa.
