Made very welcome on arrival. My room was lovely and comfortable. Nice and clean, too.

It’s originality & decor & very comfortable bedrooms. Hearty breakfast. Parking on site & ideal location for Villa Park attendance.

If it could be picked up lock, stock & barrel & moved to a location befitting the building, interior & friendly, helpful staff, it would have scored 10/10. Ironically it was picked for its location on this occasion, close to Villa Park & yet having stayed there now, it deserves to be in a ‘better’ location.

Orange juice Weebrix cereal, butter is ok. In location not far from hotel to Aston train station easily walking only 5-10. Staffs were nice people. I like the bedroom style that looks like a Victorian building

I don't like the breakfast because the smoked salmon was raw, The scrambled eggs were not cooked properly and the teapot and baked beans were not hot enough. When I asked them, I said, I would like a beef sausage for breakfast but they still did not offer me beef sausage. I’m in disappointed because the bedroom was too dark and tea cup is small, In the bedroom, and there was no mini-fridge or wardrobe with drawers. When I was sitting at the table to eat breakfast they served the tea, I found the cup dirty; clearly, they do not wash up properly. Also, and at upstairs in the hall, keep the lighting off as well. The problem is that the bedroom doors are not locked properly. There is a problem: they don't give me the outside keys. I asked, 'How can I get in when I get back? and they said I have to text them, or I can press the button to open the door.

Beautiful luxury hotel at a decent mid price point.

Check in was slightly chaotic due to large crowds for the BTTB concert, but request to check in late was kindly met. Room was uncomfortably warm, albeit largely due to hot weather locally.
