"Had a problem and was dealt with fast and easy!"

Had a problem with the remote- they were changing over to a different company and didn't change all the remotes. No worries- instead of new remote- she changed our room to the one next door and all was well! Suzanne was very apologetic and helped us out quickly!

"I will never stay at this hotel again."

The only thing I liked about the property was there was a room available downstairs

The room was very dirty with pubic Hayes in the bathtub and the same on the toilet seat. The air conditioning controls did not work so the room wasn’t cool enough to sleep comfortably.

The issue was how dirty the room and property were. I told the front desk staff that our bathroom was not clean. They said housekeeping would take care of it. Housekeeping came and went and the room was still just as dirty. We were part of a larger group and the dirty rooms, broken chairs and general unkept appearance outside was discussed.
