Loved the location. So quiet and not far from the town. Beautiful house and gardens. lovely fireplace and outdoor area and bbq. Big kitchen. Coffee machine was great. Love the lemon tree. Lots of parking. Showers were great.

Not much. If I had to be really picky some of the beds were a bit hard and the mirror in the main bedroom ensuite was so low so Couldn’t use it. Strange design.

Lovely location. Big house, nice layout.

Beds were too firm, all of us complained about sore bodies in the morning, we were a young couple and 60yr couple, definitely needs mattress toppers No coffee machine, for the price you pay you expect a good coffee not just a plunger. You dont want to have to get up and go for coffee from the shops every morning, everyone had to take turns each morning. Sofas look nice but were not comfortable, worn down in places. No blinds on sliding door in master bedroom, blinding morning sun comes through reflecting off mirrors which made it worse, so couldnt sleep in. We were awake by 5.30am every morning. Ice machine on fridge was broken, owner left message however no ice trays

Location was great, very quiet. Plenty of space for us all, lovely outdoor area.

A coffee machine would be a bonus. Ice maker wasn't working.

Very comfortable and fitted out property, but the heating options for a winter stay required use of portable heaters in bedrooms! For a shorter stay, using the fire was not an option for us. The location was very peaceful, with good walking trail options by the creek, but too far to make a walk into town an option.

The vanity setup in the master suite made both shaving and makeup difficult due to the low level mirror!

everything, the location, the style, the comfort, ease in bringing our dogs and looking after them there, the facilities the fireplace the trail walks just loved it!

not much to say here may be the mattresses could’ve been softer

There is lots of space for two families. Beds were comfortable and warm for those chilly Margaret River mornings. Dogs were able to stay at the property which was fantastic. Close to town centre so the teenagers could ride to the skate park and close to the river for some fun paddle boarding and dog walks.

The floor had been vacuumed and looked clean but when I wiped water off the floor in the kitchen the paper towel was very dirty. no shoes inside and a dirty floor resulted in muddy footprints on white bath mats etc. Also thank goodness we took our slow cooker as there was not one at the property. It is a must have for us when we are down south and the weather cooler.
