Westminster Hotel

I booked this hotel because it was close to where I needed to be, the pictures looked clean and updated and a review said the staff was nice. The only true thing was it was close to my destination. I don't know where they got the pictures they show on the website but it is not in that good condition. The staff was not friendly at all, no pleasantries, no smiles didn't even thank us. We were there for a family event and asked to have our rooms close together, we were all on different floors and as far away as possible and the hotel was not full by any means. The rooms are only cleaned if you ask. Random people hanging out in the lobby literally all day like it was a train station. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Home2 Suites down the street.

Bathroom not to the standard, the bath top was cluged and takes minutes before drain, we come and the came to fix it later but still has some Greenwich stains around the hole, i stayed for two nights with my family no one came to clean our room, we picked up trash by ourselves.i akso noted lack of communication on the side of the staff when shift changes, one say something to you and when other staff comes she/had no clue

The property is excellent, room I stayed in was well appointed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Shabby , but clean

Hotel restaurant was closed and the hotel was empty. There were large storage containers in the parking area to the left of the hotel. Hotel was very clean and rooms were nice but it appears it will be closing soon! Sad as over the years this was a beautiful hotel and an excellent place to stay on business. Front desk staff was friendly!

Overall a decent one night stay. Everything nice, but also dated and worn out.. You can tell that is was a top notch hotel at some point!! Cleanliness was average. If you give it a Quick Look, it looks very clean, but there are definitely stains in the lounge chair, dust in closet shelves, stains on carpet.. The mini fridge was almost unusable. It barely got cold and the shelf and icebox were busted out. Positives are that the staff was all very pleasant and helpful!! It was also very quiet and I was able to sleep all night without a waking sound.
