Westminster Hotel

I had a very good experience the guys at the front desk were really helpful and friendly 10/10 i would totally go back !

This is the only hotel in the area, the room is average, there is a small fridge in a closet without a freezer or shelves. No safe, a pool that is closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. A very small bathroom. When you ask for a wake-up call you may or may not get one.

Bedding can be a little better has far as the sheets they felt hard.

An older property that has not recovered occupancy from COVID. My room was acceptable. The hotel needs some maintenance. The staff was accommodating. If you are a highly critical person, this is not the hotel for you.

Hotel was ok . Rooms were ok.

This place needs major updating

Nicer hotel in this area for close to the same price as the rest, but off the beaten path. I appreciated that this hotel wasn't right off the highway. The rooms and amenities were clean and accessible. My only qualm was with no one being at the front desk the few times I had a question or request over the duration of my stay. Staff hung out in that back room -- if this is typical for this hotel, I don't really care but day, night, afternoon, and evening I had to shout a "hello?" from the front desk or witnessed other people do the same which doesn't seem typical of any hotel as far as customer service goes in my experience. I'll still be back.

Room very clean carpet worn out and a little dingy looking

Very clean the staff was welcoming and very friendly

This hardly qualifies as a World Elite Hotel. It needs a bunch of renovations. The mattresses were dirty, very old linens, insects, etc.
