The service was awesome

Breakfast should be better

El check in fue rápido, había café en el lobby y en la habitación y era limpia.

El hotel decía que incluía desayuno de 6 a 9, sin embargo, cuando fuimos a las 7:30 am, ya no había nada, solo jugo y simplemente dijeron que ya no tenían más, inclusive la mezcla de waffles alguien se la llevó y no ponían más. No había fruta, nada de proteína, no había leche, no había cereal, no habían bagels,

It was convenient to get to!

The rooms were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Tv in the first room didn’t work. Had to be relocated to another suite. Found used cigarette buds by the bed. Strong cigarette smell in hallways and room. Carpets in both rooms & hallways weren’t cleaned. There was no mattress cover on beds. Just wee pads. Little bars of soap and gel. The front desk said they were understaffed & recovering from the Christmas rush. They had to even physically help with cleaning.

Room had AC running so was very cold for it to be winter. The water in the bathroom ran, not dripped all night.

NO AC on during winter season or when temps are at a certain degree. Fix the running water in bathroom. Also there was no bar of soap. Like a small hand soap.

The toilet in my room didn't work. The refrigerator also did not work and was full of mold. Not to mention there was a pile of dog feces in the hallway in front of my door.

location is all right

Our room had towels with obvious stains, no blackout curtains, and even hair in the bed sheet. Front desk was also aloof and not helpful.

The service was the best. And the employee in the lobby was the best host ever.
