Convenient location just off the highway and next to a shopping plaza, but also across the street from a cement plant.

This location desperately needs a complete overhaul. This is a very worn down property- dirty/sticky carpets, gaping molding, saggy beds, peeling wallpaper, tiny old TV’s. Even the entrance to the property is full of big potholes. The first room I was put in reeked of smoke.
