Inn On The Parkway Pigeon Forge

The room was clean but I have to say the coffee pot was terrible. I don't know about the other bed but the one I slept in has springs that made noises and I could feel them. Makes for a restless night of supposedly sleep.

Let me start by saying I have stated hamptonninn all over the place and this was not the best one I’ve stayed at We drove for hours to get to the Hampton in our check in time was 3 when we got there our room was not ready and was told to come back in an hour or hour and a half and the clerk there was not very friendly we came back in just over an hour and checked in we came on a specific budget. So we got a room with a kitchenette. The 1nd night we were there we were going to cook dinner for the 6 of us and the stove top was not working. I called the front desk they said no one was there that could look at it so we had to get dinner out which cost over a hundred dollars that we had not planned for then I broke a class and asked if I could possible get a broom. I was told she didn’t have no one to get me one. So I just do the best I could to get what I could up. We arrived on a Saturday not one time did they come in our room to tidy it up like get the trash or anything. They did leave towels the 3nd day outside our door. Finally our last full day there they came in to bring towels and get the trash and vacuum I was just so disappointed in the unfriendliness of the staff when I went to check out the clerk was on the phone and mouthed to me he would send an email I can assure you I won’t be back to this Hampton inn.

Guest Services was super nice. Great place to stay in Pigeon Forge.

Stay was fine shower is a little small grab bar is in the way but I understand why it’s there.

Staff was great. Clean, comfortable, and bonus points for being pet friendly.

It was a wonderful stay but the hotel itself could use some TLC.

Staff were very nice. Cupboard door where fridge is was broken.

the room with a kitchen, full size fridge, eating bar, separate toilet and sink area, bed comfortable, storage room, this is the best hotel room of my life!!! I will choose Hampton Inn from now on..Im sold. I stayed three nights.Also had a love seat and tv area. You trusted bringing me extra towels and washcloths. Even had dish soap and dish towels. you dont get these in other hotel chains. Im saying I enjoyed the hotel as much as the activities around. It was my 66 birthday and I chose to go back to the hotel and just enjoy being there in the room!!! Thank you

I like the property was off the beaten path, rates were very reasonable, lobby was very pleasant and warm, desk clerk when we checked in and out was very knowledgeable pleasant kind and friendly, room was warm beds slept great, with the adjoining rooms we did not hear a peek out anyone, breakfast was good, pleanty of handicap parking, will definitely make this our go to when get away.
