"Terrible hotel experience in Davao"

The staff people were friendly and helpful.

The Superior Family Room has a bathroom with no shower enclosure, and the toilet is right there with the shower faucet. The shower knob was loose and leaking. The bathroom was a terrible experience. That room is upstairs, which is difficult for older people, and is across a parking lot from the main hotel. The "Annex," they call it. The breakfast vouchers are for a convenience store. The office to check in is upstairs. There are just too many things wrong with the place.

Comfy rooms in a quiet location. Staff were friendly and efficient

noise from lorry and van loading behind, as I was up at 4:30 for a fight not an issue but I cant imagine having a quiet lie in
