"Terrible ."

Bed was kinda hard . Television was locked on Spanish and would not swap to english. Towels were stained and nasty looking. Shower had mold in it along with mildew all over the bottom of the shower curtain. Also said breakfast would be ready at 6AM didnt unlock door until almost 7 but the coffee was terrible anyways and not much breakfast to choose from . Window curtains could use a good cleaning or just new ones honestly .

Sheets had a rip in them Dirty yellow stained wash cloth that felt sticky Dirty bathroom counters Red substance in door stopper in toilet area - I was able to clean it with a wet wash cloth Baseboards and floor next to baseboards in the toilet area were filthy. AC did not blow cold so it was hot all night.

This property was okay the room we stayed in was okay the only thing i didnt like was that the sheets and towels all had stains on them and when we got to the room the air wasnt on so it was hot but after a while with the air running it was good. They should prep the room for arrivals and invest in new sheets and towels.
