Hampton Inn Baltimore/White Marsh

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Shortly after checking in, I found multiple spiders in the bed, which was already unacceptable. On top of that, there were visible holes in the wall, making the room feel poorly maintained overall. I reported the issues immediately, but unfortunately, the staff wasn’t able to properly resolve the situation. I did appreciate Maryanne for offering points as a gesture, but that didn’t fix the condition of the room or make me feel comfortable staying. In the end, I had to leave and head back to the airport, which was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, this experience fell far below basic expectations for cleanliness and guest care. Nevertheless, I appreciate the kind lady Daisy, that helped me via phone and issued me a full refund for this unpleasant stay. I love Hilton, I’m a member but I just can’t recommend or endorse this location. The photo I’m adding was just one of the spiders in bed with me. They were all spread across the entire bed.
