property is very close to Knott's Berry.

Property is dirty. Curtains were wrinkled with numerous holes from smokers. In a no smoking room.

Close to the theme park, the Hispanic man at the front desk was very very nice and very helpful I would go here again because of the customer service.

The ac was not working well and was very noisy I couldn't sleep with it on. The room I had smelled like cigarettes very bad the smell was lingering for the 3 days I rented. The beds and blankets had cigarettes burns on them.
