The location, and the staff was nice.

It was not as clean as we expected there was roaches in the air-conditioning and bed bugs one of my guest had bites everywhere and had to change hotels immediately. Even tho the clerk was willing to give us another room my guests didn't want to stay so I had to double spend and im still waiting for my refund.
