Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center

This place sux. I paid for 3 nights. I showed up late. They gave away my room. I could not check in. They wanted me to pay again to stay there. I already paid for 3 days. I stayed 0 days.

Clean room. Internet was spotty, kept stopping and starting during use.

Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Requested a change of room got a cold reception at front desk and got moved two rooms away- not much better. Bed was so old you could see the wavy mattress! Poorly maintained facility. Surprised it is part of the Quality Inn chain!!

This property was right on the main road with restaurants and stores within an easy walk. We chose this place in order to be close to the Amish Village, the Railroad Museum and many other attractions. Lovely stay!

Unfriendly staff, breakfast was a microwave pork or chicken sandwich

There was smoking area outside our room. This caused some smoke smell in room, got sucked through AC.

Air conditioning took 6 hours to cool room down , it was so hot when you walked in at hit us in the face like a wall.

No handicapped parking at check in plus had to walk up steps with suitcase to checkin, then drive around to other side of one of the wings to park. Grab and go breakfast was fine, but since i am gluten free, had to take egg white and cheese off of English muffin and microwave in room. No gluten free option.

Unfortunately, I was put in room 209, the room next to the vending machines. People were there all night and the cans falling and the people talking made it sound like they were in the room. Never stay in this room. You will not get any sleep.
