Als Monteurunterkunft mag die Location taugen. Das Zimmer ist sauber, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden.

Für eine private Reise würde man sich mehr Komfort wünschen. Schon von außen wirkt die Unterkunft recht heruntergekommen. Das Badezimmer hat alle zu erwartenden Bestandteile, die aber sind auf engsten Raum gequetscht. Sitzt man auf der Toilette, hängt man halb im Waschbecken. Der Gang in die Dusche wird für beleibtere Personen zur Herausforderung. Die Decken und/oder die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Man nimmt morgens sehr aktiv am Leben der Mitbewohner teil.
