Four Points by Sheraton Hamilton - Stoney Creek

It was a nice surprise to have a bar in the hotel available for a quiet drink. Very clean building with wonderful staff.

Location is a little confusing to find in amongst the rows of commercial offices. View from rooms on the back of hotel not very appealing.

I enjoyed the location, a bit quieter and quick access to the highway and the east gate mall. I enjoyed the shower and pool, also the bed was really comfy.

The key to my room did not work and I was hoping for a little more compassion and support from the front desk.

A rowdy neighbor singing, laughing and yelling on the phone from 3am to 5am. Not the hotel's fault, but still, the sound isolation could be better.

Faible luminosité dans la chambre, principalement éclairée par de petites lampes, dont certaines ne fonctionnaient pas. Douche peu pratique à utiliser en raison d’un réglage de température peu flexible, ne permettant pas d’ajuster l’eau convenablement avant d’entrer sous la douche. Absence de certains éléments d’hygiène de base, tels qu’une brosse de toilette, du dentifrice ou une brosse à dents. Aucun nettoyage ou service de chambre effectué pendant le séjour.

Het bed is comfortabel en er was geen lawaai. Veel parkeerruimte.

Cet hôtel est mal situé et mal indiqué et très loin de tout contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. J’ai quitté l’hôtel en raison d’un accueil et d’un service de mauvaise qualité. La porte de la première chambre qu’on m’a attribuée était impossible à ouvrir. J’etais et ai perdu du temps pour un hebergement paye en ligne. Le personnel ne savait pas que le petit dejeuner était comprise. J ai quitte l hotel le 4 Mai 2026 et suis parti a Visitor Inn qui m a acceuilli a bras ouvert chaleureusement a un prix qui defie toute concurrence. vraiment decu

Close to all amenities. Clean. Friendly staff. They were very helpful.

Overpowering smell when you walked in. Smelled too much like a freshening spray, I am sensitive to too much sprays, thankfully this time our room did not have the smell but the lobby did.

The staff are friendly, the room was clean. The breakfast in the week was delicious and a good choice.

The buffet breakfast at the weekend was disappointing. Expensive for lukewarm eggs and bacon, self service coffee and tea and bread in a packet where everyone has to put their hand in, very unhygienic. If it had not been included in my package I would not have eaten there at the weekend.

Tv in room must have a back light broken it was very dark trying to watch anything. The door latch stuck and was tough to get in and out of the room. The one duvet blanket was dirty.
