Great breakdown.

Did not have breakfast I the hotel during my week's stay. I made a request for a lake facing room, and was given one. Appreciated the friendly and professional engagement with all staff (desk, people who cleaned rooms & the common area. I had a special need and it was taken care of within a half hour. Excellent service.

Nothing. Everyone was professional. The room was very clean and comfortable throughout my entire stay (1 week)l. I never felt the need to ask for anything.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice shower.

On check out, there was no coffee, at all!! The a/c system was very strong and we could not control the fan speed. Placed the chair in front of the outlet which worked out.

The shower is full of mould. Carpet worn and peeling.

The restaurant was great from the appetizer to the meal. Server was upbeat and very personable.

The fridge in our room did not work, even though it was plugged in. I let the person at the front desk know and he offered to get us a new fridge, I told him not to worry about it as we were leaving first thing in the morning. Washroom was great, but I thought they maybe could have used another hook, in which to hang one's wet towel.
