The location, the shopping/dining options close by, and the staff. (He was working every time we were in the lobby. Nice guy.)

I was overcharged by $191, above what booking.com quoted me, the room was moldy, stinky, and not clean. The toilet leaked, and the tub/shower was gross. The pleasant guy at the front desk tried to assist us, but couldn’t.

Let's first start the hotelfront desk clerk was very sweet and helpful all the staff was sweet but the room my husband killed 5 roaches the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling the walls was thin and not fixed rite by the door I was pulling my shoes off at the door and my hand went straight thur

Mold everywhere, the smell was horrible the room was dirty not a good stay

The location.

There was mold on the ceiling. There was mold on the shower curtain, we even seen the cleaning lady just make up a bed after someone checked out of there room 😖 , the floors were black if you walked bare foot. Definitely wasn’t worth the price we payed, nor the price the front desk was trying to make us pay!!!

Not really anything.

The bed had no sheets, blankets or pillows. I had 6 people and when I asked for blankets and pillows, they only gave me one. Towels were no different. When I asked for more towels, I noticed the staff was folding the towels on the breakfast bar. It was so unprofessional and gross. The room was a smoke free room but the curtains has burn holes and when I pulled it curtain back, it was sticky. I will not be staying there again
