"I was very disappointed, the rooms I looked at were filthy an smelly"

I didnt like anything about this place I looked at 2 separate rooms an both were dirty an nasty, hadn’t been cleaned, I asked for non smoking but the room smelled of smoke, the second room I was offered was worse than the first, I cancelled my reservation an asked for a full refund

Nothing, it was a pigsty, I want a full refund I cancelled my reservation an checked again 2 days later to make sure it was cancelled an a full refund returned, but so far no refund
