Tiny rooms. Staff unwilling to give extra blankets without charging. Room layout funky. Cost was high for one night.

Location is accessible by the freeway!

The pillows are deflated! And it’s not soft it gave me stiff neck, we went to buy our own ro make our stay comfortable.

The location is very convenient. Many restaurant options nearby plus easy access to Zion National Park.

We always choose a lodging facility that includes breakfast so we don't have to make a separate stop for that meal. We were quite disappointed with that amenity at this property.

Bugs in the bed as well as water damage in the room. Wall paper in hallways was falling off the walls and the carpet was a major trip hazard as half of it is lifted up. We didn’t even stay the night we immediately asked for a refund upon seeing the condition of the room and the hallways around it. We were REFUSED a refund. So we lost $90 until our bank hopefully refunds it.
